BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Benjamin Damoah is an environmentalist and research fellow at the Faculty of Education, Walter Sisulu University, Butterworth Campus, Eastern Cape, South Africa. He is a seasoned educator with nearly two decades of experience. An editorial board member of the International Journal of Environmental Protection and Policy (IJEPP), a reputable journal based in New York, USA, and a member of the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) in the United States. His impressive credentials as a towering figure in the educational community include a Teachers Professional Certificate "A," an Advanced Certificate in Education, a Bachelor of Education with Honors in Environmental Education, a Master in Environmental Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Education. Dr. Damoah is not just a former classroom teacher for the Ghana Education Service and the Eastern Cape Department of Education in South Africa, but he is also a successful administrator and entrepreneur. His area of expertise is environmental education, and he has written stimulating articles with a definite environmentalist slant. The goal of environmental education is to create awareness and understanding of complex relationships between humans and the environment and to empower individuals to take action to protect the environment.
