We Are Seeking:
Early Childhood Educators: Professionals who specialize in play methods, creative teaching, and child-centered pedagogies.
Nursery and Primary Educators: Individuals dedicated to building a strong foundational knowledge for kids, with a flair for innovative teaching methodologies.
Secondary School Educators (STEM-focused): Passionate educators who can bring Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math to life for young teenagers.

Application Process:
Candidates must be prepared to showcase their leadership potential. This will be evaluated through three essays where you will:
Describe your personal achievements over the years.
Share your volunteer and professional experiences.
Detail your long-term goals and motivations for joining the fellowship.
We recommend employing the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) to structure your essays. Reflect on your past experiences, and don't rush; think deeply, write honestly, and proofread diligently.
