JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the Management and oversees of the organization’s operations. His or Her role includes but not limited to; ensure the implementation of the right processes and practices across the organization, develop cohesive projects that improve the operations of the organization through more efficient procedures and systems, analyze business data, identify upselling opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

  • Direct development of technical and operational strategy.

  • Mentor team members.

  • Identify and develop new product concepts.

  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.

  • Identify resources required for project completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.

  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.

  • Proven work experience in Operations Management or similar role.

  • Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Leadership ability.

  • Outstanding organizational skills.
