JOB SUMMARY:
A Social Media Manager is a highly motivated and creative individual with the responsibility of developing, implementing, managing and monitoring the organization’s Social Media campaigns (images, video, written and audio/podcast) in order to increase brand awareness, reputation management.
As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for the aforementioned role in the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Displays creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Demonstrates excellent writing and language skills.
Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field.
Exhibit superior time management.
A team player.
Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress CMS (self-hosted).
