JOB SUMMARY:

A Social Media Manager is a highly motivated and creative individual with the responsibility of developing, implementing, managing and monitoring the organization’s Social Media campaigns (images, video, written and audio/podcast) in order to increase brand awareness, reputation management.

As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for the aforementioned role in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • Displays creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

  • Demonstrates excellent writing and language skills.

  • Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field.

  • Exhibit superior time management.

  • A team player.

  • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress CMS (self-hosted).
